The USIT Foundation’s outstanding philanthropy is a reflection of our talented executive board and analysts who comprise the Philanthropy Investment Team. Our members have diverse, multidisciplinary interests and have pursued a wide-ranging set of careers post-graduation.
The Philanthropy Investment Team, or PIT, is a dedicated group of analysts that monitor charity investments in the portfolio, lead donation pitches for charities, and mentor future analysts within the social impact field. PIT Analysts go through an accelerated finance and accounting curriculum centered around non-profit investments. Members of PIT are chosen through a competitive application and interview process yearly.

Anika is a junior majoring in BHP and finance from Naperville, Illinois. She is a massive Swiftie, bollywood lover, avid photographer, and loves spending time with her family and friends. Ask her about her favorite condiment concoctions! This summer, she will be interning at Rothschild & Company in NYC.
Alan Jian | Director of Philanthropy

Alan is a junior majoring in BHP, finance, and sustainability studies. In his free time, he attempts to recreate family and childhood recipes, write poems, and watch old Hong Kong movies. This summer, he will be interning at Perella Weinberg Partners in NYC.

Evan is a junior majoring in CSB and finance from Katy, Texas. He enjoys watching thriller films with friends, finding new places to travel, and spending too much on coffee. Last summer, Evan interned at Fortitude Advisors, a tech investment bank.

Lindsay Jade Feinstein | Advisor
CBHP, Plan II, MIS - Class of 2026
LJ is a senior majoring in BHP, Plan II, and MIS. She was PIT President for the 2024-2025 school year. Outside of USIT, she enjoys competing on the Texas Debate team, volunteering for the PlanTutoring program, reading, baking, and listening to Hozier. Last summer, she interned with PepsiCo’s Strategy and Transformation team in Plano, Texas.
Dinesh Elanchezhian | Advisor
Comp. Biology, Econ. - Class of 2026
Dinesh is a senior majoring in computational biology and economics. He was PIT’s Director of Philanthropy for the 2024-2025 school year. He’s passionate about technology transfer and the life sciences and currently researches colorectal cancer, community mental health infrastructure, and biological machine learning. Outside of school, Dinesh loves to run, travel, and take terrible photos of nature.

Isabelle is a senior from Austin majoring in MIS with a minor in business analytics, and she was a Portfolio Manager for PIT last year. She enjoys workout classes, Trader Joe's frozen meals, and justifying extensive purchases because they’re “secondhand”. Last summer, she interned as a Technology Consultant at EY!
Natalie Halaris | Advisor
iMPA, Economics - Class of 2026
Natalie is a senior majoring in accounting and economics with a minor in government. Last year, she was a PIT Portfolio Manager. She’s interned in energy tech, spent the last summer studying abroad in Prague, and is heading to NYC to work in tax consulting. She enjoys reading books that rarely get finished, running downtown, planning trips that may or may not make it out of the group chat, and hate-watching trashy 2000s romcoms.
